Two-Factor Authentication Issue with New Instructor
LCCC has setup a two-factor authentication when signing into LCCC systems off campus. This is usually setup at the time of account creations and essentially sends a code via the app or email each time you login remotely for security purposes. Do you remember setting this up via the app or email?
If you do not remember setting this up or do not remember which method of two-factor authentication you use, you can reach out to the Help Desk for assistance. The Help Desk is the department that oversees the authentication processes and they would be able to help you set it up or tell you which method you have listed under your account for the authentication process.
