If you have already located an item in the OhioLINK catalog, follow these steps to request the item:

  1. Click the green REQUEST box in the catalog record.
  2. When prompted to select your school or institution, click the drop-down list and select Lorain County CC.
  3. Click Submit above information.
  4. When prompted, type your name in the format firstname lastname and the 14-digit bar code from your ID. The name field is not case-sensitive; you can type Joe Smith or joe smith. The bar code requested is on the front of your LCCC ID.
  5. To pick up the book at another OhioLINK institution, select the location from the Pickup Institution and Pickup Location dropdowns. (See screenshot below.)
  6. Click Submit.

NOTE: If you are an LCCC student, faculty, or staff, you can check out up to 25 items through OhioLINK.
