The LCCC Library arranges all its books and most other items using the Dewey Decimal System. All items are arranged by their Dewey call number on the shelves in numerical order.
- Find a book in OneSearch.
- Type in the title, author, or topic you are looking for books on.
- Limit to Books (under the search box).
- Limit to Held by Library (on the left).
- Write down the call number.
- Go to the shelves, or stacks, to find the book.
- The shelves move using the buttons on the ends.
- Call Numbers 000-799.99 are on the 3rd floor.
- Call Numbers 800-999.99 are on the 2nd floor.
