Q. How do I reset my Canvas password?

The following directions will reset your password for your MyCampus, Canvas, and Student E-mail. 

1. Go to lorainccc.edu
2. Click on 'MyCampus' at the top of the page
3. Click 'Password Reset'
4. Click 'Student Account Password Reset'
5. On this page you will enter your LCCC username (ex.j.doe2)
6. Then you will answer your security questions 
7. Next you will create a new password following the criteria on the screen

After successfully resetting your password please wait one (1) hour before trying to sign into your accounts with the new password.
